He represents clients in buying and selling both commercial and residential real estate; residential and commercial leasing; zoning, subdivision and tax assessment matters; resolving clouds on title and boundary disputes; tax sale litigation; landlord-tenant disputes; creating and advising homeowner/condo associations; and resolving disputes among owners.
